Spunlaced nonwoven is manufactured with water-jet technology and used a lot in hygiene and living materials. We started collaboration for Japan market with supplier of pulp spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
Since our partner mixes pulp by air-laid method, their pulp spunlaced nonwoven is well constructed and has no concern for fiber dust. In wet condition, the fabric becomes voluminous.
Pulp as main material can be combined with synthetic fibers such as PET, PP and natural fibers such as viscose and bamboo. Various surface pattens are also available, not only flat one.
There are various methods for manufacturing nonwoven fabrics and each type has unique features. We can propose appropriate products for customers’ project. We are also able to offer special nonwoven fabric which combines different nonwoven types.
